COVID-19

In an efford to prevent the spread of COVID, the Board is requesting that everyone please wear a mask in the elevator. Thank you for your cooperation.

Garbage

ALL GARBAGE; Must be placed in plastic bags and tightly secured, per our governing documents, prior to placement in the chute. This is especially important at this time.

If you have guests or renters, please make sure they are aware of our rules and regulations.

Stairwell Doors

For the safety and protection of all residents and property, we request that residents never leave any of the entry/stairwell doors unlocked. If your unit is being occupied by guests or tenants, please inform them of this immediately.

Please remember to request elevator padding for furniture/moving and deliveries.
